Simple Batman Cake
My first attempt at Ganache. I loved it. Might never go back to Buttercream. : )
Used some black food coloring to alter the appearance of the brown ganache to give it a little extra dimension. Filled with a peanut butter chocolate ganache. It was just perfect for my 4 year old. : )
